We offer three self-catering cottages, each of which sleeps 4/5 guests (plus a cot) in very comfortable and warm accommodation. The cottages are open all year round and are decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. They have been inspected by both the Keswick Tourism Association and the English Tourism Council. The cottages are very popular (each booked for 45-50 weeks per year!) and so we recommend early booking.
The Cottage, Twentyman Court, is located on the edge of the centre of Keswick overlooking the park and river.
Morven Cottage, Ambleside Road, is located on the edge of the centre of Keswick next door to St. John's Church.
Cosey Cottage is located in the quiet village of Portinscale just over a mile from the centre of Keswick.

An initial payment of £100 is required to reserve any week at a cottage (please e-mail or telephone to confirm that a week is still available and to make a preliminary booking). The balance remaining should be paid two weeks before the stay together with a refundable deposit of £50 which will be returned within 10 days of the end of the holiday if there are no breakages or damage (this deposit does not apply if you have stayed with us before). Payment can be made by cheque or by BACS transfer (please e-mail for account details).
